But we didn't just stop with fresh produce. We also ventured into the world of superfoods, creating a health supplement powder packed with nutrient-dense ingredients. Production

What is Aquaponics?
This innovative method, which brilliantly melds aquaculture and hydroponics in a symbiotic environment, paves the way for a sustainable, pesticide-free and eco-friendly farming.

When the bred aquatic animals are fed, they produce ammonia-rich waste. The wastewater is then passed through a biofilter where nitrifying bacteria are kept. These bacteria will then convert the toxic ammonia into nutrients through a process called nitrification. Nitrification is a process that produces nitrate needed by the plants for their growth - which substitute the need for chemical fertilisers. The nitrate-containing water is then pumped back to the growing beds of plants, absorbing the nutrients while simultaneously cleaning the water (as it would naturally). The clean water would then be directed back to the fish tanks and the cycle starts again.

Farming

We plant the Dinosaur kale variety for its sweeter taste and unique leaf structure, which maximizes sunlight and nutrient absorption. This results in a darker greencolor and higher nutritional value.

Harvest

We select the freshest and most vibrant kale for harvesting, followed by a careful separation of the leaves from the stems to prepare them for further processing.

Dehydrate

We wash & dehydrate the kale leaves and stems, using a vacuum drying method for the stems. The resulting dehydrated components are then blended without any additives or preservatives.
